7. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your TixSnip account at any time directly from within the app. To do so:

  1. Open the TixSnip app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it, including:

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, with the exception of anonymized aggregate usage logs that cannot be tied back to you. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use TixSnip again in the future.

If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, you may request deletion by emailing odmatt@yahoo.com from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

TixSnip is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it.
